Russell was really friendly and professional. This was my first use of Click Mechanic. Unfortunately the work wasn't completed within the expected time period (2 hours), and I was unable to use my car for 3 days due to my car requiring a specific dealer part. Eventually all sorted and Russell was very apologetic for the delay.

I had my car booked in with Russel as I suspected the head gasket will need replacing as I had all the tell tale signs but, I haven't had it checked by a professional mechanic yet. When Russel arrived he did a diagnostic check on the car to make sure that we know exactly what the problem was and to my surprise it wasn't a head gasket problem but a gasket that failed by the timing chain. Russel carried out the work and he was very professional throughout the whole process. I am very happy now that my car is fixed and I will most definitely use Russel again and recommend him. Russell was very polite and friendly explaining everything he was going to do in an understandable way. He gave me a telephone call to advise he was on his way and completed the work required efficiently and effectively. I have been very happy with the work carried out on my car-it was especially useful to be able to have the work done at home as I could look after my children at the same time.

Russell was great all round, but particularly in the very honest way he told me that the most expensive piece of work I'd booked him to do DID NOT need doing at all, contrary to the information I'd given by my usual garage. He arrived on time, was very pleasant to deal with, worked quickly and efficiently on the job that was necessary, and the car is now running very well.
