However he managed to mix up his bookings for his 1st and 2nd jobs of the day so instead of coming to me between 8-10am he arrived about 12.15pm, which he was apologetic for and gave me a discount on the price for the inconvenience.
However, the follow up quote for work I thought was overpriced at £198 when I managed to purchase the replacement part needed for £57 and fit in10-15 minutes myself.

Russell was great - phoned me earlier in the day to let me know when he was likely to arrive, and then turned up bang on time. Luckily for me my problem was fairly straightforward, and he had me back on the road in no time! This was the first time I have used ClickMechanic, and I will definitely use them again based on this experience.

Russell seemed knowledgeable and was certainly friendly and explained carefully what he was doing, though he arrived a bit later than agreed. He completed the work requested in good time given the complexity of the job, and left the car in a clean and tidy state. A pity that the job was not enough to fix the problem, despite the extra time that Russell put into it, so I am having to get him back to sort this out.....
