Dragos was absolutely brilliant. Great communication and kept me in the loop regarding parts etc all the time. Completed the work in really good time too. I highly recommend Dragos and ClickMechanic because every service dealer I contacted couldn't fix my requirement for at least 2 weeks or more. This is a brilliant find. 10/10!

Dragos was great. Arrived at the time specified and completed the clutch change well within the stated time at the time of booking. He also checked over the cambelt on request and came back later to replace the transmission reverse light switch which had snapped. Very satisfied with the new clutch so far. Highly recommended!!

Dragos was very efficient. He called me Saturday morning to discuss what was needed and said he would confirm everything with me the following day (I thought I may have needed a flywheel).
He called me on Sunday morning to let me know I didn't need a flywheel.
He called again on Monday to confirm the appointment and asked if he could get here earlier than scheduled. That wasn't a problem. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and got straight into the job. When finished he took it for a quick test drive to make sure everything was fine and alsoleft the old parts for me to see.

Dragos was excellent. He arrived very early and had my timing belt changed quickly. I took the car for a long journey to Bristol and back the following day with no problems detected. Dragos got on with the job effectively and didn't even take the time to finish his coffee and biscuits! I will certainly use your company in the future.
