The service I requested was a pre-delivery inspection so I only communicated with Wayne via the phone and seemed very pleasant to talk to. I can't comment on the service he provided as it would depend if anything come out of the car I have purchased in the next month or so and even then if that should have picked up or not.

What I can say is that Wayne's feedback was concise and re-assured me of my purchased.

The mechanic was very friendly, fast and approachable in his work, I find a lot of mechanics look down on people that don't have a lot of knowledge about cars but he was very friendly. Top Job!

Wayne was on time and got to work immediately. No issues, good service. Car issue was resolved really quickly. I believe I've saved a great deal of money compared to a dealership. The mechanic came with all the parts for the work, but I hope they were quality parts and not a really cheap alternative.
