Does a good job never got his name glad manage to change my car fuel filter sort it after a few plms thanks

Everything went as planned. I even forgot to take the car into the garage and the chap was happy to pickup instead, was much appreciated.

Pads and discs replaced. As far as I can tell, job done well.

Dirty grease marks left on gear stick.

Dropped car off for 1030-12 timeslot advised mechanic that I needed car back by 1pm due to work (which was beyond timeslot). Mechanic did not phone to advise completion so I had to pick up next day. Poor communication.

Didn't meet the mechanic as car was taken to a garage. Work wasn't completed until the Saturday and didn't get car back until Saturday afternoon. So couldn't say how mechanic was but had a lot of oil marks on outside of car which I thought they could have wiped off but I had to do this.

A1 riders fixed my bmw with new starter motor...did a great job..recommended

Mechanic collected and dropped off my car exactly when they said they would. As far as I know, work was conducted to a high standard (example: my brakes definitely feel much better when driving) so I am very impressed. For the same work, I was given a Quote of £1,100+ from Arnold Clark so I was delighted that this garage could do the same job for less than a quarter of the Arnold Clark quote. Big piece of mind and feels good to have a mechanic I feel like I can trust (FINALLY!!). Thank you very much to all at A1 Riders!!

No complaints. Car collected and delivered just as agreed. Work done to a good standard

Work was good, was a slight problem but they rectified it for me.. Was quick to reply to any messages and clear about pick up and drop off times.

Very prompt with communication and picking up the car.

Disappointed with a few facts though:

Contstant rattling from the back discs - turns out there is damage to the metal shims and dust plate.

Oily hand prints on the fabric on the inner door frame.
