I had to constantly chase ClickMechanic for information. From my first online chat with Chris who said he would call, to Brian who performed the work on Thursday at 11am, who i had to use the chat again to find an update to Brian again who texted me on Monday and said he had broke a couple of fingers and was off work and unable to provide a quote. 1 week on from my first conversation, i still have not had a quote, have had to miss work and needed to hire a car for work. Not very impressed
