I was at this booking along with one of my mechanics and didn't find anything out of the ordinary, had a chat with your wife who seemed more than happy and I don't recall seeing anybody else there. I don't quite understand why you say "two strange men" - surely you was expecting one or two mechanics (who won't be in 'clean' clothing as such as they work on the floor most of the day)?
I will pass the photo feedback on to clickmechanic, although we always give our exact ETA when we are en route and did this by phone to yourself 20 minutes prior to arrival.

The communication was good and he arrived punctually. A little bit disappointed with the the diagnostic report as didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know. Also not able to fix the car so I feel like it was a waste of time and money this time.
