Luke was punctual for both visits, clearly explained what needed doing. The repair, replacing the radiator thermostat, was effective and done quickly. Very happy with every aspect of the job.

Luke was fine but being charged alot for something diagnostic an not actually fixed is a shame. Some places do free checks an such I ended up paying £70 plus for a problem diagnosis which is far to steep in the climate were in
