Syed was very polite and completed my service in good time at my home which is very convenient.

Syed arrived at the allocated time and set about a difficult job in replacing the rear discs, pads and the offside caliper. On an Audi A3 Quattro, the caliper carrier needs to be removed and this is a non-trivial task due to the location and tightness of the special bolts. Syed managed to find all the right extension bars and universal joints to allow their removal. He explained what he was doing and didn't stop working until the job was completed. I was very impressed with his work!
