Adrian was brilliant, fixed problem, very helpful , excellent service.

The problem was solved during diagnostic and didn't require any mechanical input but he definitely knew where to look.

The mechanic was friendly and approachable but the quality of the work needs improvement. I had a replacement alternator fitted, but the first time I drove it, there was and is a high pitched squealing sound, obviously one of the belts hasn't been tightened correctly, would appreciate someone coming round to fix the new problem

Adrian was very friendly and really worked hard and sympathetically to resolve problems with the car quickly, once it became clear that an expensive new part was required, rather than the cheaper remedy which he had hoped would solve the problem. Was meticulous in explaining the technical aspects in an accessible way.

Adrian did a great job, not only replacing the alternator and belt but also sorting out the bodged wiring. well pleased with the service.
