Very happy with the whole process. Jonathan rang before coming, arrived punctually, ran some tests, did the job and explained everything. I'd have no hesitation in using him again.

This is the 2nd time Jonathan has worked on my car. Once again he made sure there was nothing to complain about. He arrived within the time stated, with a courtesy call 30 or so minutes before arriving. Completed the job within the expected amount of time and fully explained the process and outcome along with advisories etc. Can't rate high enough and already have another job booked with him.

Jonathan was great, he was patient with me and helped me find the problem easily. He advised on ways to prevent it happening again and shared knowledge of other similar problems. I felt like he really knew what he was doing and put my mind at rest!
