He was very friendly however i would like a refund as he was 40 mins late and i paid £70 for a 20 minutes service just for him to write the quote wrong so that i have paid another £120 for what he told me needs fixing and now i am being told by this mechanic that what the other guy told me is wrong!!

Jonathan was great. Kept me informed all the way through and did a great job with the car service and MOT. Made sure I didn’t pay a penny more than necessary. Friendly and professional. Definitely recommended!

Jonathan was polite and apologetic for the system error providing an incorrect cost for the starter motor replacement. Having listened to my description of the fault he suggested that a diagnostic may be more helpful which did reveal an error code that could be the cause of the problem. This is an intermitant fault and only time will determine if it has been resolved. I am pleased with the service provided and Jonathan's proactive approach.
