unfortunately, this survey is a bit useless nothing to do with Jonathan, this is because there is a minimum word count on the survey, I am unsure why a concise review is a bad thing, but it's annoying that I have to jump through arbitrary hoops to leave a positive review. S**t rules make for bad reviews.

Jonathan was friendly and knew his stuff. Completed full service on the driveway in just over an hour. Also checked a small issue I’d raised separate and gave advice on future work. Would happily re-book.

Johnathan checked out my car and diagnosed it was a faulty new battery, he suggested he start the car and I could take it back to Halfords for a new one. Halfords originally tested the battery and said it was ok until I gave them the read out and they immediately changed it.
