Jonathan arrived right on time adhering to full Covid measures with PPE. He carried out the work in a very proficient manner and explained all work whilst it was being carried out. Once he completed the diagnostics tests he also inspected the engine and advised on an issue to look out for in the future.

He never over sold services and is an honest and skilled technician. The diagnostics report and subsequent additional documentation was received the same day.

I booked a full service and MOT. I was advised two tyres needed replacing so I was happy for them to be changed. I am disappointed in the service this time. I wasn’t told that my car was going to be drove over 60 miles which obviously uses a lot of fuel and my car wasn’t returned until midnight. I
