Very polite knowledgeable and willing to help. I thought battery gone, did full diagnostic, found that battery need replacing but starter motor on its way too. Showed how to start van temporarily untill I get starter motor changed. Good man

I had previously taken the car to a local garage and they had said the problem was complex and beyond them so it was a relief he sorted it.
