Sam was great. A cheerful friendly chap who was confident and sure about what needed doing. He got down to changing the radiator with no fuss despite it being dark so had to do it all by lamplight. He explained what he was doing, and did an expert job and cleared away every last bit of mess. I couldn't have asked for a better job and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him anytime.
