Sam, was very friendly and very knowledgable. He diagnosed the correct fault of my car, which was a broken key lock and not the ignition switch as advised by my breakdown company.

I wasn't present for the pre-purchase inspection, but the report was prompt and he was happy to answer my questions in a telephone call. I think the seller would have preferred it if the inspection hadn't been quite so thorough!
