Sam was spot on good knows just what he's doing first class.

The mechanic turned up on time no fault with the information he gave me but was a little disappointed that he wasn't willing or interested to do the work.

Sam was great, late for sure but that was because he was delayed sorting another customer out - these things happen. Despite the fact that he's been working for 12 hours + he was cheerful and very professional and did a great job not only in sorting my problem but sign-posting me as to what needs to be done next.

Very efficient, why go to a main dealer and pay significantly more
