I have marked down the punctuality score as Terry was several hours late. The parts did not arrive with him on time hence his lateness. However, throughout, he maintained contact keeping me up to date with the current situation.

Was very good, from a service perspective it would be useful to have a call to describe some of the captured items to further understanding as the one word responses are a little too perfunctory.

I have to drive the car for a while before I can confirm that all is ok. but so far so good.
