Ali did his job as was required. My Mercedes car needed Lambda sensor post cat (O2 sensor replacement) which he did. It didn’t solve the problem, so he advised me to change the pre cat o2 sensor. So he sourced the part, I took the Car on 2nd visit. He did the job within 15-20 minutes. Excellent customer service and communications. Very happy now because my Car is driving very smoothly now.
