Total lack of customer service:
initial appointment was missed 'because of circumstances beyond [their] control'. Eventually the mechanic came and was friendly enough but kept arriving with the incorrect equipment and wrong parts, which increased the number of visits and therefore also the original repair estimate cost by £100 (from £80 to £180). The mechanic will blame this on me; but I am not a mechanic and they knew the car make/model, so should either have already known what to expect or contacted me before visiting to discuss the symptoms.

Hi Sir apologies again as mentioned the technicians pregnant partner was rushed to hospital unfortunately this was out of our control.
Also you booked a fan belt which is what we came with but on arrival we found the vehicles secondary belt was also missing hence the cost went up £40 and the was really no extra charge for us to revisit the 1st of a 50 mile round journey,
Our 2nd Journey both belts were fitted but of course we unfortunately are unable to tell you why both belts were shredded till the vehicle is running so we diagnosed and inspected this (at no charge) and informed you that you had a seized component which again rather then replacing the complete unit stripped it found where the fault lay went to the scrap yard (another free journey) to keep costs down and charged for the labour £60 after 3 journeys!!
We never arrived with any wrong equipment although we see that we have some positive feedback regarding our friendly technician, please think about the amount of time and fuel I understand this side of Xmas no one want to spend more but unfortunately we can’t just tell you the fault of a vehicle without physically being there to assess it even if we knows the make and model which is wholly irrelevant.

Mechanic and team were great, go beyond to make sure job is complete and click mechanic failings are rectified. however clickmechanic is a shambles.
I wont be using them again but happily use Georgina Mechanics again.

Prompt & efficient, they did the job in the time specified - I took the car for a test drive and immediately felt the quiet drive following the two front wheel bearing replacements! - Good job and made a saving from the 'official' Toyota garage even having paid for the original diagnosis.

He knew his job. And was very quick. However when autonator was fitted the battery was flat. He had no battery charger or jump leads . So how were he able to check it was working ok. Lucky I had jump lead’s. Also no paperwork ie warnanty for autonator. Extra. Are you sending me a warranty for the part. Regards

Normally when a job is booked we bring the tools required for that specific job, anything outside of that should be mentioned in the notes when booking so we are prepped for additional requests.
As for the paperwork and warranty it is click mechanic who invoice you and that invoice is all that is required.

Very happy with work carried out. They called ahead to ask a question about my brakes & to let me know that he would be a bit later, which was absolutely fine. When he arrived he got straight on with the job, very polite & helpful i would use them again.
