I was very happy with the service and report provided by Joe. I didn’t expect to have an appointment until the following day however I managed to have the inspection carried out within a few hours on the same day.

As the car is 350 miles away from me I am now happy to discuss the few minor points picked up by Joe with the garage and have these remedied before agreeing on a deal. It is good to know that the car drives & performs well and is overall in as good a condition as the garage photos and videos suggest.

Again, very happy with the service and phone call from Joe.

Very pleased with the service provided by Paul. Requested the work Wednesday afternoon within 30 mins had an appointment between 8am - 10am the following day. Got a text at 8am saying Paul would arrive in 20mins - he arrived on time, new clean van, smart uniform, very polite, quickly and efficiently did the repair (new brake pads and discs front and back) c£280 cheaper than 3 other quotes - can’t ask for anymore than that! Great service

Can’t really answer if he did a good job, as it was just a service. But seemed very nice and answered all my questions. Would be happy to recommend.

The mechanic did a great job in getting the car working, they were friendly and made you feel immediately at ease.
