I don't know if I should be happy with work as car battery totally flat and nothing said, I cannot start car and attempts to bump start failed, car now left on grass verge at bottom of hill while I had to come home to get tools and go back to remove battery and carry it nearly a mile back home to charge it

Hello Simon, thank you the review, but i don't see how this can reflect the work we carried out, we carried out the work you requested, your car was parked a distance from your property, we did have to jump start your car and made sure the work was carried out properly, there was no lack of communication as the technician clearly stated to your wife that we had to jump start your vehicle as the battery was flat and will need changing, we also made notes on click report to make all party's aware of the situation.

My mechanic pointed out things that I just didn't see so 5/5. He was happy for me to ask questions as he went about his business 5/5. I put 3/5 for punctuality - although saying that, the mechanic getting from Kent to Enfield and only being 15 minutes late wasn't too bad.
