I got some really useful information on the car I was interested in buying. Fortunately, I got the report as the car was advertised as being in a good state but turns out it truly was not and thus I did not buy it. The report saved me a lot of money in repairs. Thanks a lot!!!

Nigel was great, messaged to let me know when he'd arrived, called as soon as he'd completed the inspection, and called me again when I asked for a few clarifications about the pre inspection report. He was very thorough and found possible undeclared crash damage with the vehicle saving me from making a very costly mistake!

Nigel was able to come at very short notice ( which other companies could not), this was crucial as there was a queue of people wanting to buy the vehicle and I was under pressure to make a quick decision. His report was very thorough and explained everything very well. It was a bit gutting to be told that the vehicle I had set my heart on really wasn't good in many important areas but of course it has saved me a lot of heart ache and money and trouble going forward - which is exactly why I wanted a report in the first place - so thank you !
