I never saw Nigel myself as he was doing a vehicle check for me on a secondhand car, but he communicated brilliantly, organised it all direct with the dealer and did a fantastic report which uncovered loads of problems which enabled me to avoid a very poor car.

I got some really useful information on the car I was interested in buying. Fortunately, I got the report as the car was advertised as being in a good state but turns out it truly was not and thus I did not buy it. The report saved me a lot of money in repairs. Three cars advertised as being in 'good mechanical condition' by professional sellers, and 3 cars whose report is truly not good. Thanks a lot for helping me avoid making a mistake !!!
