Very friendly and patient with my poor knowledge about cars.
Unfortunately my car couldn’t be fixed but they walked me through different options to help me to understand and decide.
Because I just had a major surgery they did their best to help me to dispose the car and refused to accept money for it.

Amazing service. They picked up my car, replaced my rear brake pads and returned my car very quickly. Phoned to let me know everything was done (and no other issues) and that my car was being returned. Very happy.

Initially I was a little concerned never using the guys, system before, but had no reason to worry. I was kept up to date through the day with minor issues that were being resolved and although a long day, the car was returned with parts replaced and excellent explanation of what was done - Will definately use them again
