Hi this response is just to clarify details after our phone conversation. I spent the time that was booked and paid for if anything slightly more, faults where found that required more investigation time checking wiring and sensors that i did not have time to carry out also would cost more. due to the information i was given by your wife/partner who was the person i spoke to at the job that this fault started after another mechanic worked on the vehicle after the first journey, i explained that i could be several things causing the fault including the part that had just been replaced and the previous person needed to check their work to avoid further costs also cover the charge for my time. i hope this response is i true reflection after s peaking to me directly and receiving the full information apologies for any confusion Read more
