Very happy with service. Was kept updated by e-mail and phone. Aiden, the mechanic called to say he would be an hour but then turned up in 40 minutes. Was knowledgeable and even fixed my window washer tube which I didn't realise was broken! All round a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend to others

Aidan was pleasant and efficient.
I am not sure though, unless you tell me otherwise that all the service items can be carried out with the car on the ground. I am also waiting for my service book to be stamped, but Aidan explained to me, so he will be back. Otherwise all went ok and I am happy

Asked mechanic to stamp my service record after her serviced my BMW. He said his boss had the stamp. I suggested he come back later with it or the following day, to which he agreed. I asked him to call me to let me know what he was going to do. No call, no show. I waited until Monday to contact his boss to get him to come back which he did. Other than that, service was fine and "did what it said on the tin".
Guy that serviced the car was nice enough and showed me the old filters to demonstrate how badly in need of a service the car was. I'd use these guys again.

Suggest the technician that turns up is conversant with the model of vehicle he has come to look at.
