Brilliant. Very thorough report, timely and great comms. Wish we could use him again for other inspections.

He even took time out to call in the evening and talk through the report, and give his advice. We chose not to go ahead with the vehicle due to a gearbox issue, and the dealer not moving on price. We wouldn't have known this unless Jason hadn't done the job he had. Thank you.

Jason a pleasure to deal with. The problems experienced (wrong parts being sent and having to be reordered etc- not his fault but handled really well. Always felt he was on my side and attempting to get work done as quickly as others would allow him. Have already told him would have no hesitation in using him again.

Jason was late but did inform me. Unfortunately I was busy when he finished and he was supposed to phone me to tell me his conclusions. This was not done and a string of messages were exchanged in order for me to understand what he had done. He did however refer me to another diagnostic team and provided no mechanic solution. I had to book in with a garage to get the repair done.
