Vauxhall Corsa Diagnostic Inspection

Firstly Jason was booked in to do me a timing chain replacement on my vauxhall Corsa when he called saying that he didn't think it was that and that it could be something else and that he'd do a diagnostics to find out what the issue was at the cost of £56.24. so the next day he came out and said it was the turbo waste gate and to service it I then took it for an MOT for them to say your turbos fine it's you dual mass flywheel and take it to a specialist which I did for them to confirm it was a duel mass flywheel so I thought well I was miss diagnosed and called click mechanic for a refund and then that evening I had Jason call me on the phone with a very aggressive manner saying he wished he had done the job instead and didn't want to give a refund or communicate so for that reason I wonder strongly suggest if you're after a diagnostics don't chose Jason.

Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the work l provided. But would like to state a few facts.
First l would like to say your original booking was for a timing chain which was diagnosed by yourself and your dads friend, Before l bought the parts, I thought it would be worthwhile not for my benefit but for yours, that l would check to see if it,was the timing chain, which it wasn’t, in turn saving you over £400!
I then suggested a diagnostic check, which again would like to state the vehicle was smoking and a noise coming from turbo, l informed you that the waste gate was seized, It’s possible that if you toke the car for a long test drive, it may free itself.
Which looks like it did, when you toke it to the garage.
As for the gearbox noise, l informed that and l state THAT!! You have to take the gearbox out and check the thrust bearing and go from their!
If l would have taken the gearbox out, l would also have taken the time to have checked the flywheel and all other parts!
Also would like to let anyone know if reading this, that afterwards you were ringing every night after my work hours and even rang me on a Sunday whilst I was at twickenham watching the rugby. Not working once was l rude to you. I even toke the time to ring your dad to explain the situation!
Feel your review is unjustified due to the fact that if l had done the timing chain the noise would still be there and you would also be out of pocket. Also l told you the noise was coming from the gearbox area.

I was a bit alarmed that a the check took under an hour when it said it’d be 2-3 hours! But Jason seemed to know what he was talking about!
