Jason was great, very honest and reliable, I explained the issue and what the garage had told me I needed doing which turned out that if I had gone with the garage had said and have the garage do the repair I would have been ripped off as it wasn't a ball joint after all. So I am glad that Jason explained and was honest about it. Definalty would recommend him.
