Dean the mechanic that came charged me £50.40 for a diagnosis that was later proved by another Click mechanic and an independent garage to be wrong. He also over-quoted me for the work needed contrary to the recommended fair pricing I reseached on the ClickMechanic website. This caused me to waste time and also stressed me out having to wait longer for my car to be repaired. I would not use this website again because of this dishonest experience and I am still £50.40 out of pocket. He tried to charge me an additional £330.48 for the wrong repair that I got correctly done by a different mechanic who only charged me £140 for the job. Rip off! Read more
