I was buying a car from a private seller and booked Neil. When I got there he identified straight away that the milage was probably not genuine and then backed it up by pointing out different things that were suspect. We then checked the log book and the seller had made no attempt to hide mileage miss matches.

Neil then offered me a lift back to the train station and gave me some good tips and advice on buying a car along the way.

All round a great and pleasamt experience dealing with Neil. Highly recommend.

So impressed with the service i recieved today. To begin i had booked an inspection with AA on Saturday but was not completley convinced that the 187 pounds i had been charged for a vehicle inspection was the best out there. By chance i saw an add and looked clickmechanic up. Spoke to a staff member this morning and had thorough information explained, emailed too. Made a booking and the mechanic carried out the work same day and spoke to me half way through the job as i called. He gave me extra advise and now i have all the info and reassurance i need to make make decision re to buy or not buy the car.
