Land Rover Freelander 2 Diagnosed injector number 1 fault. Advised customer of possible engine damage due to injector being changed by another garage and still had exact same fault. Engine has either piston damage or valve damage.

Although I have only had the diagnostic tests done; Joseph was fantastic, seemed experienced and knowledgeable. Both mechanics were professional and have given me some comprehensive advice.

They explained exactly what they were doing in simple detail as I'm not a mechanic and carried out the necessary work professionally and expediently. Their customer service and really the best I have had for a long time. Jo was happy to talk to me last night even though it was a late call which greatly put my mind at ease...

Joe (Joseph) communicated well to arrange the visit and was available with 1 days notice. He was clearly experienced on the job (change timing belt on a Toyota Hilux). He completed the job quickly and also checked the truck over and gave me some useful observations as we had only just purchased it. Great communication, efficient, good value and proactive in doing more than just the particular job. First use of Click Mechanic and a good experience, will certainly use them again.
