This is the first time i have used Clickmechanic and some of the reviews are a bit iffy, i cannot however rate the service provided by clickmechanic and Joseph highly enough. Clickmechanic sent all the info including Joseph's details and exactly how much i was to be charged and it went like clockwork. Joseph was brilliant, punctual, polite and informative and talked through every step of the repair (brakepad replacement). cannot recommend highly enough.

Joseph was great and had the information I needed was all provided. He seemed knowledgeable about the car I was interested in.

Jacob was very helpful and straight to the point with my questions. Very knowledgeable guy l would recommend his work to anyone. Went to two garages before him and they couldnt explain the problem, took Jacob less than 10 minutes!!!!!
