Joseph was friendly but carried out an extremely poor pre purchase check that has left me with a car that will cost me thousands. He missed so many issues with the car.
1- valve stem oil seals need replacing - very expensive to repair
2- oil leak from rear diff
3- cruise control not working
4- centre console fridge armrest broken
5- missing trim on front bumper
6- windscreen chipped in a few places
7- paint lacquer missing in a few places

Hello
Im sorry you feel are inspection didn't meat are normal top standards I can assure you giving the circumstances with did the best we could. We traveled over a hour to view this vehicle for you just to find out you had put the wrong post code down and we still had another hour to travel to get to the job & this was may first job of the day so I was going to be late to all jobs that day but I decided to go ahead and get your report done. On arriving we where told that we should have been there between 8-10 as they had stuff to do and it was now 11o clock and pouring with heavy rain.
We carried out are normal check list and I can assure you there was no sign of valve stem oil seals leaking which would create oily smoke through the exhaust this can easily be hidden by adding a additive to oil and will wear off when the engine is extremely hot or a oil change is done on the engine.
As to the rear diff leak the vehicle had already been driven on school run in heavy rain so the whole undercarriage was dripping wet and that's the same for the paint work and wind screen and as stated in your report WET WEATHER INSPECTED so its hard to pick up every fault.
We are always trying to improve the way we do things and learn from our mistakes so from now on we check address/ post codes and times will all sellers when the job is booked in to make sure all details are correct and if possible re organise the job to a time when its not pouring with rain.
