After speaking to both Carl and Joseph, I found them both very professional, thorough in the work, knowledgeable, friendly and polite.

Perfectly good mechanic; No complaints. However the report would be improved if It gave an indication of what the score means really. Just how good or bad is 61/100?
I think there should be some comment on whether the car is value for the money.
