Was great dealing with Joe . Good communication before the appt and very efficient making sure he kept me informed of what was required and options available . 10/10

I booked at spot between 8am-10am I got a call at 8am saying he was on his way to look at the car for me which I thought was great! Then got a call a couple of hours later telling me it was all done and he would sent the full report over and told me the key point over the phone,I would highly recommend this service as I’m not a mechanic and it took a lot of the stress out of buying a second hand car.

Joseph was great. He called me an hour after the inspection to provide his feedback and gave me crucial insights about the vehicle, as I was hoping for.

Joe who I have now had for the second time (to fix separate problems) is as he was last time very efficient in dealing with the problem I would recommend him to everyone but if I did I wouldn't be able to get him when I need him because he would be to busy.

Joseph was very apologetic at being later than arranged but he was waiting for the replacement battery to arrive. Very polite and friendly. Haven't used the car since the new battery was fitted, so fingers crossed for tomorrow.
