Carl is working in partnership with Joseph Bloomfield and he was the mechanic who serviced our Fiat 500 and diagnosed its faults. Carl phoned me first thing, we spoke about the service and fault, he gave me his ETA (which he met) and was brilliant throughout the time he was here.
