This is a really fantastic service and meant I did not have to go to the garage and meet the mechanic whilst he carried out the inspection. Joseph called after the inspection and was very thorough in his descriptions and offered impartial professional advice which was very appreciated to a single female with absolutely zero knowledge of cars.
My only slight feedback would be that it would have been nice to receive a text to say that he had arrived at the garage as I messaged the garage to check this. However I am so happy and thus has given me 100% in buying the car.
