Joseph was early, did a thorough inspection and was very helpful with verbal advice.

I needed a car, but the ideal car I had spent several weeks hunting for was over an hours drive away, and I didn't have a car, and other buying were interested in the deal. I took a risk by using the click mechanic, based upon trust pilot reviews. I already checked AA & RAC, and they were more expensive and took 4 days to book in for the service.

Once I signed up, I was quickly introduced to "Joseph", who reached out for further details for the following day's proposed inspection. Once the inspection was complete, I received numerous photos, a detailed report and, more important, a phone call. Joseph was brilliant! Very punctual and kept me appraised of what was happening with the service and other items, that while not essential at the time, would need addressing in the very near future. Consequently I asked for them to be performed and he squeezed me in. On top of this I realised that the MOT would soon expire and again, he managed to squeeze the car in and completed the MOT and other items within 36 hours! You could not ask for better customer service! I will definitely use Joseph again and would recommend him to anyone!

Joe was utterly brilliant in the help he offered through the pre-purchase inspection. He learned that I hadn't seen the car so in addition to all the usual stuff he added extra pictures so i had full visibility of what i was buying.
He then helped me interpret all the stuff that was in the report.

Joseph went above and beyond Although some checks were difficult due to the vehicle having been lowered (not mentioned in their ad!) he did all he could, under the circumstances, to check it was worth buying Turns out it wasn't but it's saved me money in the end
