Joseph did a superb job. I was in two minds whether to get a survey done, and thank heavens I did! The car turned out to be an unrecorded salvage lot - he even found the residue of the windscreen sticker from the salvage auction. It had been severely damaged and repaired on the cheap - without a survey, my daughter could have been driving it! Long story short, if you are offered a 2013 VW Tiguan by a Romanian couple in Ferndown, give it a wide berth!!

I am very happy with Joseph. I was not present for the inspection but I do know that he showed up on time and completed the inspection on time, with no major incovinience for the seller. He called me right after the inspection, gave me an overview of the findings and answered my questions.

Joseph has been very helpful with a PPI for an Audi mk1 225. With a car of this age, Joseph did not hesitate to tell me everything wrong with the vehicle with photos & an insightful report.
