Jack was very good. Changed battery with no fuss and done in 10 mins. When I had a problem starting car after not using it for a few days, he called back to sort the issue. Recommended

Brilliant job doing cambelt on skoda octavia, seems to run better than it ever did, So I'm guessing he took great attention to getting timing perfect, picked up and dropped off in good time even though my directions to location were sketchy at best.

ClickMechanic in house mechanics diagnosed that my car needed an auxiliary belt and tensioner to stop the constant whistle when the car is warm and idle. Im sure the mechanic did a great job fitting it but the whistle is still there on idle. I have used clickmechanic a few time and this is the first time i have complained.

Jack arrived within the time slot allocated. He was pleasant and informative and told me approximately how long it would take to fit the timing belt and water pump and approximately what time he would bring the car back.
On returning the car, Jack showed pictures of a the leaking water pump and explained everything was now set up correctly.
Just topped the water up a touch in the morning and everything is running great. It even seems to be better on fuel now.
Really happy with the work done and would highly recommend Jack.
