Quality: Appears to have carried out the 'Pre-Purchase' properly and professionally. No faults have since been found that were not picked up. He also made one 'extra' observations for me at my request.
Punctuality: Appointment was postponed from that promised by Website because no mechanic was available on day filled in. On the day: punctuality unknown and irrelevant. (Mechanic was told where the vehicle was parked and where the key was hidden.) Communication: Had to be by telephone only. He was available when 'phoned and spoke clearly and co-operatively.
