Had a starter motor fitted on my BMW. Despite an initial issue with the booking regarding the quote and availability of the part (which was not the fault of the mechanic), I am pleased with how this was resolved and with the work of the mechanic. I would use again.

Great work. Happy now my car sounds normal. Explained and repaired the problem. replaced my exhaust.

Nick was a delight to meet. He was more than helpful in satisfying my requests for identity, experience
etc. He applied himself straight away to the job. I do have some reservations about this Click mechanic
Service. My Jaguar XF was said to be subject to a MAJOR service. I cannot feel that the work carried
out could possibly cover all tha items that Jaguar list as a major service.
In the main, I believe that the work simply consisted of the replacement of the filters, plus MOT.

Nick was so helpful, did prepurchase inspection for me, his performance was very professional. Arrived on time, did detailed assesssment and gave detailed feedback.

Came out 2hours late, apparently the part wasnt avaliable...
After around an hour decided he couldnt replace an alternator - 4bolts!!
Tried to charge a cancelation fee which was escalated to Click Mechanic to resolve

Nick couldn't make our morning slot as arranged because of the snow!
However, gave me an hours notice in the afternoon and pads & discs were all done with a cuppa within the hour! Great job, nice & friendly, what more could you ask for... and on your doorstep.
Highly recommended.

Nick was surposed to turn up on Monday then Tuesday then Wednesday 0800 he turned up at 09.00 Nick installed the new battery and left later I heated a knocking noise from boot were the battery is located further investigation I have found the battery tie down bolt and bar is not holding the battery in place what Nick failed to inform me is he had snapped the bar were by now I am going to have to try and spice a new bar and bolt extra cost to me now to try and put right very dissapointed customer. Question do you bet your mechanics ?? Turned up in old transit van no advertisement on van no tools does not look good for a company advertising mobile mechanics would not recommend and I am sorry to say will not be using again thanks again for the extra cost I have incurred plus time spent trying to sort the mess left cheer,s.

Nick was very helpful and full of smiles as he carried out the works. Even when the skies threatened to open he assured us that all will be done in good time

No communication from Nick even though I contacted him to ask if he was coming, eventually turns up 3 and a half hours late. Took a look at the truck said he couldn't do anything, then left. Cost me £42. Waste of time and money as far as I am concerned.
