Nick was the allocated mechanic for myself. He went to Liverpool to view a car I was considering purchasing. It is over a three hour drive so this service was needed. I phoned Nick before his visit to the car and explained to him regarding issues and areas I was most interested/concerned about this vehicle. Nick was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He carried out all the checks and observations. And took photos of the car for these specific things I required. I am very pleased with the service and manner of Nick. I would recommend him and this service and would use again if needed.

Nick did his best however I did explain what problem was in request and clearly asked for plug in diagnostic. Nick did not have correct diagnostic tool and has referred me to Fiat. I had already identified that it needed the correct equipment which was why I came to this service. I would add Nick was helpful and pleasant but it was still a waste of money for me.

Nick was good.. Comunicated well, was polite & got on with the job, he answered & explained any questions I asked.. No problems would use his services again.. Thank you.

I did not use the mechanic as it was over the 4hrs window. I phoned as soon as the confirmation came through to cancel as we had found someone else. The mechanic Nick said there would be no cancellation charge. I phone the office and they said there would be no charge. I have now been charged £20. Very dissapointed.

Nick placed a new clutch on my vehicle at riadside in difficult situations. The work was carried out satisfactory, and from what I gather driving the vehicle, to a high standard. Thanks again!

Nick was friendly and I am pleased with the result. He had to order the part from Nissan. He told me quickly on Wednesday so enabled me to go into work and not wait around unnecessarily. He confirmed he would come back Friday to fit it and has done.

Nick called ahead to confirm his arrival, which was within the appointed slot. He quietly and efficiently got on with the job (replacing a front coil spring), and was careful in his work. A good job and a smile later, Nick saved my day. I would certainly recommend him - and he takes two sugars please :).
