Jason turned up. Exactly at the time requested. Was very friendly and knowledgable. He confirmed what needed doing and set about fixing it. He had the right parts with him and had the heat shield repaired in a very short period of time. Can’t fault him, his customer service or the repair.

BMW 3 Series Carried out check on starter motor found voltage stable on cranking, checked connectors on starter. All ok. Found amp drop in cable to starter. Cleaned terminals on connectors on power cable seems OK. Starter motor passed tests everytime

Very happy with Andrew's service. He turned up on time and got to work immediately. I was initially worried about using an online service to fix my car, but I'm so glad I did. He was able to do the work needed, whereas my local mechanic could not. He cleaned my dpf filter which was really clogged, and was able to spot another problem with my car (which my local garage did not). He gave me great advice on fixing the problem. He was very friendly and I will have no hesitation on using him again.
