Jason turned up in good time, was pleasant to talk to. He diagnosed the problem in good time. I was pleased with his performance. He explained the nature of the problem and gave me an estimate of the cost. He also said that there may be a delay in getting the spare part from Jaguar.

I asked about the air filter change and after a long pause said he had done it.
I am not to sure if he did or didn’t as I did not watch him working, so I can’t say he didn’t
