Andy was really nice. Can't tell about the quality of the actual service as it was something I can not physically check. There was a big delay on the drop off as the parts ordered were wrong but that was sorted on the same day, so that's why I'm only giving 3* for punctuality. Besides that, communication through the day about this issue was perfect and Andy always apologised and assured me about everything. In the end I was happy with the service in general. Would recommend

This was a big job - a complete clutch replacement - which ended up taking 2 days. Andy was particularly friendly and helpful and gave you confidence that he knew what he was doing.

So easy to deal with and polite. I imagine even those who find the “male environment” of a garage daunting, would be completely at ease with thier collection and drop off.
