Diagnostic performed, no repairs made. Not consulted, but the engineer believed he was doing me a favour as I needed to sleep (working nights). He arrived three hours ahead of the scheduled appointment, waking me up, so we didn't have a chance to discuss repairs.
Waking up and not knowing what happened, I phoned, and was told no repairs, quoted price, arranged another visit for tomorrow..
