Not very happy with the con man you sent??????????? He drove the car away knowing it had a damaged bearing which caused more damage, asked me to pay cash and then for the work then took the £161 on top of that, he told me he broke the locking wheel nut key undoing the nuts, son now I've got to pay for a new set, very poor service???????????

He was friendly - that was a plus point. The problem was that the work was meant to be done on Thursday and was only carried out on the following Tuesday. He has also quoted me a ridiculously high price for the work needed, so I will be going elsewhere for any follow up work.

Although I didn't attend the appointment Sandeep the mechanic was brilliant, he dealt with the van dealer and communicated to me by way of phone to let me know how the inspection went with an explanation of what was written down on the inspection PDF that was sent to me.

The van was located 123 miles away from me, so thought it best to get it checked out by an experienced mechanic. My time and the price of a train ticket made using Clickmechanic a no-brainer.
