James was excellent. Extremely polite. He ensured vehicle was up and running up to half an hour after re-starting. He even texted the following morning to check if everything was ok. At no time was I under any pressure and there was pressure selling of anything - totally refreshing! Top work, James.

James was really good, and the first thing he did was to identify that most of the work that had been flagged on the MOT advisory didn't need doing saving me money where he could easily have just gone ahead and charged for unnecessary work. He was very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate in recommending him.

He also offered other advice about my car including an early warning about the rattle from the dual mass flywheel.
